The item MUST be returned to LoriLiz.com within 30 days of the shipping date in unworn and perfect condition. Items which are received after 30 days will be exchanged for a store credit.
To use any store credit issued to your account, choose “store credit” as the payment method when it comes time to pay for your next order.
Sale items are exchangeable for store credit only if returned within 14 days of the shipping date. Sale items are not returnable after 14 days of the shipping date.
Returning/Exchange merchandise with a LoriLiz.com account:
1. When returning any merchandise, log onto http://LoriLiz.com
2. Go to “My Account” and select “Completed Orders”
3. Find the order you would like to return and select “Return Item”
4. Fill in the cells with the requested information
5. Your return request will be submitted to LoriLiz.com for processing. When it has been processed you will receive a status email of your return.
6. Include the packing slip with your return merchandise
