How to Change or Cancel an Order
If your order is still being processed, then we will be happy to modify or cancel it for you. Please email us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@loriliz.com and include your order number. However, if your order has already been shipped, we will be unable to make revisions, in which case you will need to make a standard return or exchange for store credit once you have received your merchandise.
